Your Centre Director
Meet Chloe
Hi there! I'm Chloe, the Centre Director at Highfields Central Early Education Centre.
With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve learnt from the floor up and have progressed my career through a variety of roles that have shaped my leadership journey. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and am passionate about creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators. Becoming a parent has given me an even greater appreciation for the important role quality early learning plays in a child's development.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is supporting and mentoring our team of Educators, helping them grow in confidence and create engaging, nurturing environments where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. I believe strong relationships with families and a collaborative approach are the foundation of a thriving early learning community.
